Behind the scenes on Thursday…

Our Day Prize started out this morning with over $1000 in Farmer’s Market bucks good at area Farmer’s Markets in Aztec, Pagosa, Durango, Farmington, Cortez and Ignacio. The list continues to grow with donations being called in from local growers. Plus a beautiful handmade African Food Basket from the Aztec Farmer’s Market. The drawing takes place tonight at 6 PM.

Coming up this afternoon, Werner Heiber, Master Gardener and Chairman of the Board of The Sustainability Alliance of Southwest Colorado at 2:45ish. And, David Arnold from Wines of the San Juans joins Jen Simon tonight around All Things Considered.

Linda Insley from Cocina Linda fed us breakfast and had a great on-air conversation with Denny about local food.
