Spring programming changes continue:
THURSDAY EVENING…

‘The Grass is Bluer’ with Hugh Felt will air an hour earlier so that you can listen to some mighty fine bluegrass beginning at 7:00.

‘E-town’ continues on Thursday evenings but will… be airing AFTER ‘The Grass is Bluer’ at 9:00 instead of 7:00.

‘Music City Roots’ makes its debut tonight on KSUT. Live from the Loveless Cafe in Nashville, ‘Music City Roots’ showcases Nashville’s music scene in all of its forms and subgenres including bluegrass, folk, alternative, western, rockabilly, and crossovers into rock, jazz and world music. Jim Lauderdale and other leaders of the music community host the festivities. http://musiccityroots.com/

Spring programming changes are in full swing…
Wednesday’s evening line-up remains mostly unchanged until 10:00:

‘American Routes’ with Nick Spitzer continues on Wednesday evenings from 7-9, however we will no longer air the repeat broadc…ast of ‘American Routes’ on Saturday evening, so be sure to tune in every Wednesday evening.

‘Sounds From The Mother Road’ with Jamie Hoover also will continue to air tonight and every Wednesday night at 9:00.

‘Beale Street Caravan’ returns to the KSUT airwaves featuring live blues events each week. Listen tonight at 10.

‘Sounds of the Dreamcatcher’ follows Beale Street Caravan at 11 to finish off the evening. A new locally produced show from our Tribal Radio studios, featuring mellow sounds from Native America to wind down your Wednesday.

Congratulations to Scott Hagler of Durango for winning the KSUT Annual Membership Drive grand prize, trip for two to the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival!  Thank you to all who pledged support for Four Corners Public Radio KSUT.



Final day of the KSUT Annual Membership Drive

Today is the final day of the KSUT membership drive.  Tune-in for some great programming as we celebrate public broadcasting and community radio and give a way the Grand Prize at 6pm this evening.  The trip for two to the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival is a fourteen year tradition of KSUTs annual drive and includes 5 night lodging in N.O.’s French Quarter at the Hotel St. Pierre, $1,000 towards airfare and a pair of festival passes.  If you haven’t already, pledge today for this chance of a lifetime.  We will also be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with members of the celtic band Patrick Crossing.  Tune -in and support KSUT!

Congratulations to the winners of Day 6 of KSUTs Annual Membership Drive.  Aimee Martin is the big winner of the huge package of goods and services donated by the family of KSUT underwriters and business members.  The five business pledge winners include:  Access Altitude of San Juan County Colorado, Richard Copeland Personal Injury Lawyer of La Plata County, Pinon Hills Ear Nose and Throat of San Juan County New Mexico, Mountain Eye Care of Archuleta County and Mullikan Physical Therapy of Montezuma County.  Thanks to all who pledged.  Tune – in tomorrow as we wrap up the membership drive with the drawing for the Grand Prize, trip for two to the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.  Pledge today.

Congratulations to the winners of KSUTs Day 5 prizes!  We wrapped another successful day of on-air fundraising by giving away 8 fantastic local get-a-ways to 8 lucky members.  Maureen Margiotta won the Santa Fe get-a-way; Dale Henry will be enjoying the Pagosa Spring Fling Ski vacation; Marty Goldfarb got lucky with the Durango Date Night; Sylvia Fleitz is heading to the Angler’s Paradise; Nina Mosko will be Escaping to Silverton; Jeff and Debbie Wells will be spending a Day with the Dogs; Steve Maxwell won the Sutcliff Wine tasting and tour and Julie Levy will enjoy the Couples Rendevous  at the Overlook Hot Springs Spa.  Thanks to all who pledged.

Congratulations to the winner of Local Grower’s Day at KSUT, Danna Manganaro.  Danna will enjoy a summer’s worth of locally produced food and goods from area growers and producers, including $500 of Durango Farmer’s Market Bucks, $100 of Aztec Farmer’s Market bucks and a beautiful handmade basket, plus a dozen or more gift certificates from local area farms and businesses.  The runner-up prize, a full residential energy audit by 4Core and was won by Mancos residents and KSUT members Bruce and Shar Short.  Thanks to everyone who pledged.
